No. It is made from portable website files and hosted on Vercel, the company that keeps those files online. There is no private editing dashboard, which makes it a strong choice for firms that want a finished website and plan to request occasional changes from us.

A page template is a reusable design for a type of page. One Practice Area template can be reused for several legal services. Standard includes five page templates. Simple includes one homepage template and one inside page template.

Do I have to pick one of the example designs?

No. The examples on this site are demos on fictional firms that show the range of design we do. We build your website for your firm: your practice areas, brand, photographs and the styles you point us to. It is a focused custom build on a proven structure, which is how the price stays fixed.

Can I make edits with ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes, if you want to. We can connect your website to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude so you describe a change in plain English and the assistant makes it. Ask us during the build and we set it up. You can also just send changes to us and use the 60 minutes included in the monthly plan, or, on the Standard Website, edit the labeled boxes yourself.

How many pages are included?

Both packages include up to five completed pages at launch. Simple uses two designs across those pages; Standard includes five distinct designs. Privacy and disclaimer pages reuse an existing design and do not create another design charge.

Who writes the website words?

Accepted Answer

Simple customers provide approved words, which we lightly edit for spelling, clarity and consistency. Standard includes a 30-minute interview and up to 2,500 words of first draft copy across the five launch pages. The attorney reviews and approves every factual and legal statement before publication.

Do I own the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Simple customers own the original website files. Standard customers receive a complete copy of the WordPress website. Your website address should also be registered in your firm's name. There is no buyout fee.

Is the $99 monthly plan required?

Accepted Answer

It is required while we host and maintain the website. The plan is month to month, and your firm may cancel and move the website to another suitable hosting company.

Does the support hour roll over?

No. The plan includes access to up to 60 minutes of requested help during each monthly billing period. The minutes reset each month and do not accumulate. The monthly payment also covers hosting, monitoring, saved copies and routine maintenance, which continue even in a month when you request no changes.

Does the monthly support hour pay for routine maintenance?

No. Routine hosting and maintenance do not reduce the hour available for your requested changes.

What happens if my request takes longer than the time I have left?

We tell you before starting. You can approve extra time at $125 per hour, reduce the request, wait for the next monthly period or ask for a fixed price. We do not add an unexpected overage charge.

Does the website include SEO?

Accepted Answer

SEO means search engine optimization: work intended to improve where a website appears in Google. We include clear page titles, page descriptions, readable headings, a list of pages for Google and a technically sound website. We do not include an ongoing SEO campaign or promise rankings, visitors, inquiries or clients.

Do you guarantee compliance with attorney advertising rules?

No. Rules differ by state and can change. We provide review prompts for common issues such as testimonials, case results, specialization claims, locations and advertising labels. The attorney makes the final decision and approves the website.

Question 18

Are the website address and business email included?

Accepted Answer

No. Your firm should purchase and own its website address directly. Business email and paid tools provided by other companies are separate unless the written project description specifically includes them.
