What we do, what you do, and who owns what

The $999 Fast Law Firm Websites Launch build covers up to 5 pages, 1 attorney, 1 location and 1 contact form, developed mobile first, with copy adapted from the materials you supply or your current website.

Also included: 1 consolidated revision round, up to 10 redirects, basic page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, basic structured data, and GA4 and Search Console setup.

Additional pages are $99 each. Additional attorney bios are $100, additional office locations are $200, an additional revision round is $200, and a logo package is $350. Complex migrations or custom features are quoted upfront. Anything outside this scope is quoted and approved before production.

$500 reserves your build. The remaining $499 is due when you approve the site for launch.

Hosting and care is $99 per month starting at launch, and includes hosting, SSL, backups, security and up to 60 minutes of small edits per month. There is no long term contract; cancel hosting at any time and billing stops at the end of the current period.

Simple customers supply the approved words for each page. We light edit for spelling, clarity and consistency.

Standard includes a 30-minute interview and up to 2,500 words of first draft copy across the five launch pages.

We never invent a credential, result, testimonial, location, jurisdiction, fee or promise. Anything we cannot verify is marked for your review.

You review and approve every factual and legal statement before we publish it.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, and that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, compliance and legal review of all content on your site, including any drafted placeholder copy we supply and any bar required disclaimers.

The build includes 1 revision round: one consolidated batch of changes submitted through the portal. Requests made after that round is submitted are either quoted as an additional round ($200) or handled through your monthly edit minutes after launch.

At each step that requires you, intake, assets and credentials, the revision round, launch approval, we wait up to 7 days for your response. The deadline for your current step is shown in your portal.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we advance the project to the next step using the information we have, including drafted placeholder copy where content is missing. Automatic advancement does not consume a revision round you did not use and does not change your price.

The 10-business day timeline is counted in business days and starts only once we have received your complete intake, assets, content and access credentials. Weekends and US federal holidays do not count, and the build clock pauses while we are waiting on you.

Your site is built so search engines can crawl and understand it. We do not promise rankings, build links, publish ongoing content or provide an ongoing SEO strategy as part of this package.

Your firm owns the approved website words, the design files created for the project and the photographs you supplied or purchased.

Your firm owns and pays for its domain name, the website address, such as smithlaw.com, registered in the firm's name.

Simple customers receive the website's original files. Standard customers receive a complete WordPress copy including files, uploaded images and stored content.

There is no website buyout fee. Cancelling hosting does not cancel ownership.

We provide the transfer package within 5 business days after a paid account closes.

Reservation payments. Your reservation payment is fully refundable for 7 calendar days from purchase, provided we have not yet started production. Once we have delivered the first complete version of your website, the reservation payment is not refundable, because the work has been performed.

Build balance. The balance is due when you approve the website for launch and is not refundable once the site is live. If you decide not to launch after the first version is delivered, you owe nothing further and we do not transfer the files.

Monthly care plan. $99 per month, month to month, with no minimum term. Cancel at any time and billing stops at the end of the current period; we do not pro rate part months. Included edit minutes do not roll over. On cancellation we provide a one time export of your website files and hand over your domain at no charge, and your site comes off our hosting 30 days later.

Chargebacks. Please contact us first, nearly every dispute is a misunderstanding about scope, and the whole scope is published on this page.
